Consider… The Transfiguration is an awesome moment in scripture. With the disciples, we are witnesses to Jesus’ light. In the Season After Epiphany, we’ve journeyed with Jesus as he lived in the light of God’s love among us. As this season draws to a close, we’re challenged to carry that light forward.
LOOK for the transformations happening around you. What is changing in nature? What is changing in your relationships with friends and family? How are you changing and how have you been changed during the Season After Epiphany?
Pray Shining God, you change us in ways we cannot imagine. You ask us to follow you, and then show us the way to go. You send us out into your world. As we climb and descent the mountain each day, guide us in our next steps in proclaiming your love. Amen.
