Spend some time considering this verse:
“Take off your sandals you’re standing on holy ground.”
Exodus 3:5b
When was the last time you stood barefoot?
Take a few minutes and read these scriptures either outside or near a window where you can see outside:
Isaiah 52:6-7 & Exodus 3:1-6
Once you’ve read these scriptures, spend 10 minutes with your feet touching the ground/dirt OR spent 10 minutes staring at the ground..

Holy God,
thank you for rooting us to you,
to your earth,
to one another.
Help our roots to grow
deep and strong
so we can weather
whatever storms we face.
