Have you ever done a walking meditation?
This spring we are offering you the opportunity to walk the labyrinth.
Walking the labyrinth is an ancient spiritual practice—a tool for meditation, a path of prayer, an opportunity to experience peace and guidance. The path of the labyrinth serves as a metaphor for one’s spiritual journey.
Come walk the labyrinth in Koehler Hall March 3, April 7 and May 5 between the hours of 4-7 PM.
“Open walk” starts at 4 PM. For a group experience, come to a brief opening reflection at 6 PM, walk in silence as individuals along the sacred path, and then share in a brief closing at 7 PM. We will have handouts and members available to answer questions. Please join us for any or all dates!
